We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unwashed.
- Be in the same condition that you received it.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation.
Because Kippah Klean™ is intended for use with personal items, used products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@kippahklean.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Please do not send products back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error or the product arrived damaged, or defective.
Approved returns should be sent to the return address provided in your return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kippahklean.com.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a full refund instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved returns that meet the eligibility requirements outlined above will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.
